What we collect on this site, what we do with it, and what we don't. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

To see rates, the quote form collects your gender, birth date, perceived health, tobacco use, desired coverage and contract length. These answers go to the carriers' quoting engine to return prices, then are discarded by this site. No name, address, phone or email is needed to browse quotes. Identical repeated requests may come from our short-lived cache, avoiding redundant calls to the quoting service.

Applying

Applying means your answers prefill a secure application hosted by the carriers, governed by their privacy policy. Susman Insurance Agency, License 0B75129, manages applications as a licensed California insurance business.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email, an optional phone, your preferred reply method, a subject line and your message. Email carries it to the agency; your address becomes the return address. This site stores no copy, maintains no submission database and logs no message text. A brief anti-spam verification runs client-side before you send.

Measurement

This site monitors visits using first-party, cookie-free analytics hosted on this domain. No cookies, no local storage IDs; your IP is truncated (last two octets removed) before storage; referral query strings are stripped; raw logs expire after 90 days. Visitors sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are skipped entirely.

What we do not do

This site does not buy or share personal data, does not run ad-tracking code, and does not use external analytics tools. The sole third-party script is the carriers' application environment, which loads only when you visit the application page.
